Goldman Sachs is suing this blogger, citing trademark infringement. Use of a trademark in situations like this has stood up to the test of the law in the past, with “Walmart sucks” and “Disney sucks” websites.
The truly outrageous thing? How many billions dollars of your and my money has Goldman Sachs been given because they are “too big to fail”?
Way too much.
And this is how they spend it, by suing some guy that is acting within the law to criticize them and other banks.
